  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25 and person reserving must be a guest staying at the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • This property is pet friendly with a $25 per day fee. Only 2 dogs allowed at a time.

  • Gravel parking space for up to 4 vehicles.
  • AWD or 4WD vehicles are strongly encouraged during winter months. The road leading to this home is gravel and moderately steep.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking basics. "Starter set" of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and bed linens will be provided.
